Salad crackers can simply be bought at the store, but it still tastes better when they are made at home. Any white bread is suitable for this, but stale bread is the easiest to cut.

    Cut the crackers as you like, I prefer slicing into strips. Pour two tablespoons of vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Put the sliced bread, salt and sprinkle with seasoning to your liking, I have adjika. Fry the crackers over medium heat until browned. Add the grated garlic, stir and fry for a couple more minutes. Remove the crackers from the heat and cool.

    Chicken fillet, I have breasts, rinse, dry and cut into strips. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and stir.

    Pour the remaining vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat over medium heat. Put the chopped chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add 50 milliliters of water and simmer until the water evaporates and the meat is ready. Remove from heat and cool.

    Peel the bell pepper from the seeds and cut into thin strips. Add it to the cabbage bowl.

    Drain the liquid from the canned corn and add it to the salad. If you will not use the corn immediately, take it out with a spoon to remove the foam, and pour the rest, if in a tin can, into a glass one. For sharpness, you can add a chopped half of onion.

    Mix everything and pour over the tangerine juice. This will give the salad a light flavor and piquancy.

    Add the cooled chicken fillet to the bowl with the salad and mix.

    Transfer the salad to a serving plate and arrange the mozzarella. Mini mozzarella is best for this salad, but if there is no such, just cut the usual one.

    Pour mayonnaise on top. If the salad will be served on a festive table, do not fill it immediately, but just make a grid on the surface. So the salad will look more attractive, will not give juice and will not spoil longer. It is better to put mayonnaise next to it in a separate bowl.
