Sea cocktail in cream sauce

Once a week I try to cook something fish and sea and today I want to share one of the most favorite recipes on my list) If you like seafood, then I advise you to try to cook a sea cocktail in a creamy sauce. This dish will fit perfectly into both the daily menu and the menu for a special occasion.

Cooking method

1. Peel the carrots, grate coarsely. Peel the onion and cut it into medium-sized cubes.

2. Cut the mushrooms (no need to defrost) into plates.

3. Pour vegetable oil into the pan, send it to the fire. Fry onions, carrots and mushrooms in well-heated oil, then add butter and flour, stir.

4. Pour the cream into the pan, add salt, pepper, and mix.

5. After two minutes, put a sea cocktail in the sauce, cook for about 5-6 minutes.
