1. Fry the pine nuts over medium heat until lightly browned. Stir them constantly - pine nuts easily burn!

2. Fry chopped garlic for 30 seconds, also until lightly browned, in a hot frying pan, adding olive oil.

3. Then add the chopped chard and fry, stirring frequently, until the leaves wilt - about 4 minutes.

4. After that, add the raisins, salt and chili pepper.

5. Stir, pour in the wine.

6. Cook until the desired amount of liquid boils away.
