    In a deep bowl, drive in a chicken egg, pour in melted butter, add sugar, salt and sour cream. With a whisk or mixer, mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

    Pour rye flour, sifted and combined with baking powder, add flour in small parts, mixing each time. Knead the dough first with a spoon in a bowl, then with your hands, adding flour if necessary. Flour may need more or less than indicated in the recipe, focus on the consistency.

    The dough should be dense, but not clogged with flour, it will stick to your hands a little, so you need to let it rest in the cold. We wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

    In the meantime, we will make a pie filling from cottage cheese and fresh herbs. As greens, you will use a bunch of parsley, a bunch of dill, a couple of leaves of cilantro, basil and other if desired. The greens are well washed, dried, finely chopped with a knife, put in a bowl.

    Add cottage cheese. Cottage cheese is better to use natural and necessarily fresh, but we choose the fat content of the product to taste. Add salt and ground black pepper to taste.
