Healthy hot drink that can be served to everyone! A glass of fragrant non-alcoholic mulled wine is what you need on a winter evening. This drink warms well in the cold. It is suitable for children too, because the recipe is without wine, based on grape juice or syrup.

    How to make non-alcoholic mulled wine with juice? Prepare the necessary ingredients. For the base, you can take grape juice and cherry syrup, or vice versa - cherry juice and grape syrup. It is not necessary to add honey to mulled wine, especially if the juice and syrup are already sweet. The amount of spices can be added more or less to taste. If you take grape juice, then you can use any syrup, not only cherry. And vice versa.

    Wash all fruits thoroughly. Without peeling, cut the apple, orange, lime and lemon halves into slices.

    Put the prepared fruits in a saucepan, add cinnamon sticks, star anise and clove buds. You can add more spices, the taste of which you like best. For example, more cinnamon sticks or star anise. It's the same with fruit. If you don't like the bitterness of lime, you can not add it at all. Here everything can be adjusted to your liking.

    Pour grape juice and cherry syrup into the fruit.

    Put the saucepan on a slow fire, bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil and cook the mulled wine at a low boil for 1-2 minutes.

    You can pour the finished mulled wine immediately with fruit into a jug or glasses. I first removed all the fruits and spices and strained the drink through a sieve.

Since the degree of salinity, sweetness, bitterness, sharpness, acid, burning is individual for everyone, always add spices, spices and seasonings, focusing on your taste! If you put some of the seasonings for the first time, then keep in mind that there are spices that it is especially important not to shift (for example, chili pepper).
