I suggest using my culinary recipe to prepare a unique nutritious and light meal - Salad with baked feta and walnuts. Greek Feta cheese has been known since the time of Homer. I think this recipe is just as ancient.
Mix black pepper, oregano and olive oil in a bowl with diced Feta cheese. Mix and put the cheese cubes on a baking sheet. It is better to cover the baking sheet with food paper or foil.
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees and place the baking sheet in the oven for 10 minutes.
We will put the peeled walnuts on another baking sheet and also send them to the oven. The nuts should be baked for about 3 minutes.
When the nuts are toasted, we put the zucchini cut into slices on the empty baking sheet and bake them for 3-5 minutes.
Take a glass and mix lemon juice, crushed garlic, olive oil and salt in it. Mix the dressing well.
When everything is ready, in a bowl or salad bowl, mix the salad leaves, chopped radishes, zucchini zucchini and pour half of the dressing, then spread the cheese and nuts on top and pour the rest. The salad is ready, you can serve it on the table.
