Let's select ripe, whole, perfect strawberries. Next, separate the berries from the leaves and rinse with cool water. Let's drain all the liquid.

Cut the berries into plates two to three millimeters thick.

Put the plates on the dryer grate, leaving a couple of millimeters of space between them.

Turn on the dryer at a temperature of no more than 40 degrees. Dry, swapping the upper and lower grates.

We dry the washed leaves in the same way.

Mix everything together lightly, trying not to break any leaves or slices of strawberries.

We store tea in an airtight jar.

Have a nice tea party!
