First of all, we defrost the fish. If you are lucky enough to get a fresh one, gut it, clean it of scales, rinse thoroughly under running water. We cut large fish into pieces, small ones can be left whole carcasses.

In a shallow bowl, mix flour with salt and roll each piece of fish in it.

Heat sunflower oil in a frying pan with a thick bottom and fry the fish on both sides until golden brown.

We serve the finished dish on the table with fresh or boiled vegetables.
