Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

Break the eggs into a deep bowl, add sugar and beat with a mixer until a strong foam.

Pour kefir, pour vanilla sugar, mix the mass with a mixer for literally one minute.

Pour in the sifted flour. Knead the soft dough.

Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut into strips (width 4-5 cm), then cut each strip into plates (length 10-13 cm), make an oblique cut in the center of the plate and turn one end of the plate through it.

Pour vegetable oil into a deep frying pan of small diameter, heat it over medium heat.

We put the blanks in boiling oil and fry them on both sides. The brushwood is prepared very quickly - within one minute.

We extract the ready-made sweets (I use cooking tongs, it's convenient) and put them on paper napkins to remove excess fat.

Sprinkle the cooled brushwood with powdered sugar and, putting it on a dish, serve it on the table.

Have a nice tea party!
